GALVANOVA
The Galvanova company was founded in 1978 by Aurelio Masi in a small workshop situated in Via Domenico Veneziano in Florence.
A first basis for growth of the business came about when the firm moved to larger and - for the time – modern premises in Via di Scandicci, Florence.
In 2011 the company was taken over by Aurelio’s daughter, Alessandra Masi, and his son-in-law, Massimo Astolfi, who continued the development project initiated by its founder and this led to the move to Via de’ Cattani, Florence.
In 2018, as there was no longer any possibility for expansion, the company, backed by requests for new processing techniques and projects from its customers, continued the growth process with the move to the current headquarters in Via delle Cantine 61, Calenzano.
This allowed the company to integrate electroplating with polishing and vibratory finishing, mainly for fashion accessories and small metal parts.
Our sector is constantly evolving and for this reason we are always ready to improve and invest in new technologies to fully satisfy our customers.
